What is Radio Chiguiro?
Radio Chiguiro was a Community Radio ran by a group of emerging artists/producers, based in Lafayette, Indiana. We broadcasted on 88.9FM using a radio transmitter from an apartment located downtown. Our radio station organized and recorded local public events that included parties, live shows, radio workshops, and DJ nights, from January 2005 to December 2008. Radio Chiguiro's archives contain the sound files submitted by the community trough a HTML interface.
